If you’re a fan of rock, give this show a listen! Brice Mull will play all your favorite rock tunes from the 70’s to the late 90’s, but sometimes strays outside the decades too. You’ll hear the “Amp Warmer”, “Singled Out”, “The Chill Out Set”, “The Modern Classic” and “The Artist Spot Light”. Brice will even take your requests and has specialty themed shows every now and then too!
It’s nearly Friday. What better way to kick off your weekend than with The Rock Vault! This week, Brice is away, so Wes is stepping in, and you never know what might happen. Join the fun, starting at noon east/9:00 AM Pacific for three hours of speaker-blowing rock to get your work week finished, and your weekend started, on the right note. Visit Wes’s request page to let him know what you want to hear. Then, visit the Magic 109 homepage for listen and contact links. Alternately, you can tell smart speakers “Play Magic 109 on TuneIn”, or find Magic 109 on the TuneIn Radio App for your smart phone.
There will be a brief artist feature on Def Leppard, highlighting early and live work that you don’t often hear on radio. As for the rest of the show, all forms of rock are welcome. Southern, hard rock, metal, Christian rock, alternative, classic rock, pop-rock, country-rock. Make your requests, or he’ll gladly pick all the music with which to fill your ears!
See you in the Rock Vault. Please don’t steal any of the diamonds, cash, or jewels as a souvenir; pockets will be checked upon departure.
Hey everyone, so this Friday on The Rock Vault I have decided to do an all Christian format. I feel that not only is it what God would want but I think we are in a time where we really need to be praying for peace, wisdom, and guidance. I also think it is important for us to give thanks and praise for the blessings given to us because they are indeed there. I would like to invite anyone who’d like to please join me as we pray and enjoy some great tunes along the way. If you would like you can send a voice note to brice(at)magic109.com. I will hopefully be able to get them. I do ask to keep them somewhat brief as I would like to give everyone a chance to speak if they’d like one. If you want to send messages they are welcome as well and if you’d like to keep it private, God already knows what it is and what you need. You can listen to the show on TuneIn Radio, vir direct link on our website, and by asking your smart speaker to play Magic 109 on TuneIn. The show begins tomorrow at 12 Pm eastern time on Magic 109. I would like to extend a big thank you to all of my friends in God Squad for inspiring me to do this even though they may not now it…
Hey folks, Brice here, and do I have a treat for you all this week. As the title to this post states, we will be rocking out to some great classics from the Electric Light Orchestra. It wouldn’t be a celebration if I just stopped there. I’ve got music from sever of the band’s side projects as well as spin-offs. Hey folks, Brice here. I’m just stopping by to tell you what you can expect on this week’s episode of the show. This week We’ll be changing things up a bit. Instead of the Artist Spotlight we will be doing what I guess you could call a Tv Show Spotlight. In the last half of the show I will be playing all music that was featured in the hit series WKRP in Cincinnati. We will be talking about the show and playing a couple highlights from the series as wel. I’ve also got some other great tunes coming your way so don’t miss The ROck Vault. The fun begins at noon eastern time only on Magic 109!
The Rock Vault is back and boy are you in for a treat! This week we’ll be taking a look at the long and epic career of The Moody Blues. This band brought us over 50 years of awesome hits and memorable deep cuts. We’ll also be taking a look at solo work from members of the band and other projects. This has been one of the toughest shows I’ve put together in a long time. There is so much good material here and only so much time. If you all enjoy this and would like a round 2 I will certainly keep that in mind for later on in the year.
Tune in and get ready to embark on a trip that won’t disappoint. The journey begins on Magic 109 at noon eastern. I look forward to seeing you all there.
Tomorrow join Brice as The Rock Vault lets it’s hair down as we take a trip back to the days when Hair Metal ruled MTV and the airwaves. This is a show of a different breed though. You’ll be hearing from several artists that have never been featured on the show in it’s entire history. This includes the Artist Spotlight which is on the band Helix. I know there are a lot of you headbangers out there who are going to love all this great music. Keep it locked into Magic 109 as tomorrow is a full day of special programing you won’t want to miss. The Rock Vault will kick off the fun tomorrow at noon eastern only on Magic 109! Be there!!

This week on The Rock Vault we will be continuing our December To Remember Fundraiser for The Carroll Center For The Blind and we need your help. We are off to a great start and we still have 3 days to go. I have a great show lined up including a special spotlight in the third hour on money. No, not Eddie Money. All the songs in the third hour have money in the title and I found some interesting once ya’ll will love. I will be in fact taking your requests. If you have a rock track from the 60’s through the 90’s it’s going to cost you $1.00, if the song is 2000’s or later it’s going to cost you $5, and if you want anything that isn’t rock it will cost you $50. No 21 Pilots! I have spoken! All this is just the icing on the cake. Hey everyone, it’s Brice here, I’m glad to be back with you all again and to be bringing you more great music. This week’s show is going to be a standout. First I’ve got some new tunes from Jeff Lynne’s ELO, Hootie & The Blowfish, among others. I’ve got a fresh Amp Warmer and Chill Out Set in addition to an Artist Spotlight that is a little out of left field. As you will all remember, last year on the show I spotlighted Sesame Street.
