Magic 109 is an online-only, internet radio station devoted to playing the best possible music and entertainment around for its listeners while providing a wonderful atmosphere for all its presenters.
Our website is located at https://www.magic109.com which is where you’re at right now. There are four major parts to our website. The main content on the left or at the top underneath the main navigation bar, our sidebar with useful links on the right or underneath the main content on mobile devices, and navigation bars at both the top and bottom of our website.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

For our Presenters

How long we retain your data
We retain your data permanently. We do keep it private and do our best to assure that the information received is secure.
For users that apply on our website, our presenters, we also store the personal information they provide in their account details. All presenters can request their information be removed upon there resignation. This information is deleted when these users are terminated.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Streaming Notice
Please keep in mind as a licensed internet radio station, we need to report listener statistics at all times. We, therefore, are letting you know that when you listen to us, we track your listener hours, general location/region, and IP address but do not obtain any personally identifiable information from you. Circumventing your geo details using a VPN may impact your listening experience.
Financial & Shipping Details
Your financial details are not collected through us but through your financial institution. However, shipping information is kept private offline when we deliver any services or goods we offer that apply.
